Job Summary: Responsible for overall maintenance of Pier Sixty
and the Lighthouse. The Director of Engineering is responsible for setting guidelines,
procedures and systems.
Minimum of 4 years management experience in
Property Operations, Engineering, or Facility maintenance within a hotel,
catering venue, country club or equivalent environment.
Any combination of education and experience
equivalent to graduation from College or any other combination of education
training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and
Knowledge of carpentry skills, I.e. Framing,
Sheet rock, cabinetry
Knowledge of electric
Knowledge of maintenance including painting,
FSD certification preferred.
Ability to develop budgets and five year

Essential Job Functions:
