Consumer Insights Coordinator

Job Description

Based out of our Home Office in Greenwood Village, CO the Consumer Insights Coordinator supports Brand Marketing Research, Operations Research and Testing and will be an integral resource in ensuring a highly functional and systematic Consumer Insights team.  Owns insights communication with the field/operators and works under supervision of the Consumer Insights Manager to assist with research tasks as assigned.


  • Assist with research projects as requested, including survey programming, data collection, and report building
  • Manage Consumer Insight vendors, including managing quarterly Research Vendor Day logistics, and onboarding new vendors
  • Assist with the recruitment of participants for Focus Groups and other research; functions as note-taker for focus groups and other qualitative research as needed
  • Analyze open ended comments from quantitative research to generate themes to support quantitative findings
  • Assist with budget tracking and invoice processing
  • Assist with meeting scheduling and note-taking, as needed, for some End-to-End Project Management meetings
  • Resolve Service Now tickets from Operators related to Guest Voice issues
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor


  • 6+ months experience in Marketing, Consumer Insights, Research or related field required
  • Experience in quantitative and qualitative research methods preferred
  • Corporate and/or restaurant industry experience preferred
  • College degree; business, marketing, math/statistics, or marketing research preferred


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
  • Strong writing, editing, communication and people skills
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills
  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Team player
  • Ability to take initiative and be proactive
  • Flexible and adaptable
