Job Description

Based out of our Home Office in Greenwood Village, CO, the Innovation Marketing Coordinator will support the Marketing Team on various projects that will drive profitable traffic into the restaurant and build brand awareness. This person is accountable for supporting the execution of To-go, Catering, Delivery and Business Transformation initiatives.


  • Assist with execution of local, regional & national marketing programs supporting Off Premise, Business Transformation and Traffic Drivers
  • Assist with creative development including feedback, kickoff, creative brief process and scheduling
  • Work closely with the Field, Business Transformation, Marketing teams and other cross functional groups to execute Marketing initiatives
  • Research competitive landscape and develop reporting and recommendations
  • Establish Off Premise marketing objectives by region/restaurant
  • Work collaboratively with the Operations, Supply Chain, Training, Culinary, Business Analytics, IT and other cross-functional teams to promote high level of execution
  • Support the development and design of the national Catering and Off Premise brand strategy
  • Assist with pulling email analytics
  • Assist in updating and keeping a current log of approved photography with associated usage rights
  • Provide administrative assistance for Marketing team including copying, responding to phone calls and emails, etc.
  • Assist in ordering product and tracking deliveries (raw materials, smallwares, props, etc.)
  • Attend team meetings as needed
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor


  • Current experience with Red Robin brand preferred
  • College education (or equivalent work experience) in Marketing, Advertising, or Business Administration preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
  • Strong writing, editing, communication and people skills
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills
  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
  • Proactive self-starter with desire to learn, grow and be challenged
  • Energetic & enthusiastic attitude
  • Adheres to and promotes company values and policies and displays a strong ethical character capable of handling confidential information
