The Momofuku Group is comprised of restaurants and bakeries located in the US, Australia, and Canada, a magazine, and an equipment manufacturing company.  We are fun, exciting and fast-paced. Some things you'll be doing:

  • Monitoring and ensuring company standard operating procedures are met
  • Working with seasonal ingredients
  • Working with the Executive Chef on menu creation
  • Executing menu items from start to finish
  • Manage all kitchen employees including training, coaching, scheduling and disciplining

Skills & Requirements

  • 5+  years of related experience
  • Experience with back of house administrative and managerial duties a must
  • High volume restaurant experience preferred
  • Proven ability in teaching and mentoring kitchen employees
  • Exceptional communication and supervisory skills
  • Ability to demonstrate quick thinking and adaptability in a constantly changing environment's in it for you?
