After working for other agencies for 8 years, Phillip Davis established R & R Counseling Solutions in 2015. The company was built to serve the rural community of Van Buren County and surrounding counties. Phillip wanted to help the community that he was raised in. R & R Counseling Solutions strives to focus more on the client and not as much on the company. Phillip was joined by Nancy Dewes who has several years of clinical and school counseling background. R & R Counseling Solutions  believes in taking care of the people who work with them because it benefits the clients they serve in the long run. R & R Counseling Solutions sees people in their office at Birmingham, Iowa and also is contracted to go into schools to work with school aged clients. Even with the stress of the job R & R Counseling Solutions does what they can to keep the environment as relaxed and fun as possible while being professional.  R & R Counseling Solutions is looking to hire qualified people who are dedicated to their clients and that will fit into a relaxed fun atmosphere.  Communication is very important to us. The right candidate will practice out of the main office in Birmingham, Iowa and other sites. The right candidate for this practice will be self-motivated and able to complete all required documentation in a timely manner. Pay will depend on experience and case load. R & R Counseling Solutions is looking for qualified people to provide Mental Health Services.  There will be a sign on bonus for qualified candidates. Supervision is possible for the right candidate. The candidate must have passed the NCE or equivalent exam to be able to obtain license in the state of Iowa. The candidate must be self-motivated and be able and willing to complete all required documentation in a timely professional manner. They must have good personal skills and adhere to the ACA Code of Ethics.  They must have good communication skills and be able to handle stressful situations. Computer skills are also a must due to documentation being done mostly electronically. They must be willing to work with individuals and groups to promote optimum mental health. This person may help individuals deal with family issues, parenting, marital problems, suicide, stress management, anger management, problems with self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and issues associated with aging and mental and emotional health across the life span. Skills needed include:
