Our restaurants captivate guests with a truly unique Churrascaria (Brazilian steakhouse) atmosphere from where it all started, the mountainous countryside of Rio Grande do Sul in Southern Brazil.

We feature meats seasoned to perfection and slow-roasted over an open flame and carved tableside by our authentic Gaúcho chefs. Each of our distinctive restaurants also contain an extensive, Wine Spectator award-winning wine list, traditional Brazilian beverages, and a variety of decadent desserts in addition to our signature meats.

With over thirty years of history and 29 thriving locations in the United States and Brazil, we are maintaining solid sales growth and will continue to expand this exciting concept into new and diverse markets.

Fogo de Chão (fo-go de shoun) is a dining experience like no other, with a truly unique steakhouse atmosphere from Rio Grande do Sul in Southern Brazil. Our menu features chicken, beef, lamb and pork seasoned to perfection and slow-roasted over an open flame to capture their individual flavor. The savory cuts are presented on skewers and carved table side by our authentic Gaucho chefs.

The meats are complimented by a 40+ item gourmet Market Table, a Wine Spectator award winning 250+ label wine list and branded bar experience at Bar Fogo. Traditional side dishes of warm cheese bread, fried bananas, crispy hot polenta and seasoned mashed potatoes are automatically brought to each table and replenished throughout the meal. We currently have 35+ thriving locations in the United States, Puerto Rico, Mexico and Brazil.
