Job Description

Job Summary:

Receptionist is first point of contact for the ABRH Support Center.  Directs phone calls and visitors to the appropriate person or department. Ensures security procedures are followed. Supports administrative staff as needed.

 

Essential Duties:

Professionally administers all incoming calls.

Greets visitors in a professional, friendly manner and ensures they sign the visitor’s log book.

Gives visitors a badge, and ensures they are escorted by a team member while in the building.

Ensures visitors return badges and properly sign out.

Retrieves and distributes Voicemail messages from the general mailbox.

Maintains Auditorium Schedule in Outlook.

 

 

 

 

 

Other Duties

Review files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests.

Performs a variety of clerical duties as requested.
