Job Description

Digital Marketing Associate, Campaigns 

The Digital Marketing Associate will be responsible for planning, coordinating and tracking the success of marketing campaigns aimed at increasing engagement, qualified leads and pipeline. This position requires a candidate able to manage digital marketing campaigns, build strong cross-functional relationships, and execute digital strategies that drive growth. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate campaigns through all phases of the process including planning, project management, tactical development, delivery and reporting. 

  • Collaborate and support the execution of personalized, account-based marketing (ABM) digital campaigns aimed at high-value target markets. 

  • Assist with building digital marketing initiatives and copywriting such as email campaigns, website updates, and paid ads

  • Administer an end-to-end process for campaigns. 

  • Team up on marketing campaigns to provide input and accountability for key tasks. 

  • Lead campaign meeting cadence with key stakeholders and collaborators.  

  • Oversee the marketing calendar and increase awareness of upcoming activities, tactics and deadlines. 

  • Collaboration with product marketing, digital marketing and communications to enhance campaign results and identify new campaign opportunities. 

  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. 

 
Skills & Requirements

Requirements: 

 
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field. 

  • 1-2 years of experience in a B2B marketing environment. 

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts including SEO/SEM, Google Ads, social media, and email 

  • Self-starter with a bias towards action, results and well managed projects. 

  • Exceptional organization and communications skills. 

  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives at the same time in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Superior time management skills with the ability to prioritize and collaborate cross-functionally. 

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

 
  • SaaS or cloud-based technology experience  

  • Public safety, public administration or state and local government technology experience 

  • Experience with tools such as Marketo, Salesforce or similar platforms 

  • Experience working in a remote-first environment
