The HRIS Manager is primarily responsible for ensuring the compliance, integrity and security of our Ultipro (USHG’s HRIS) to generate predictive analytics to improve turnover. This position will ensure that the potential functionality of the system is fully leveraged and will lead strategic projects to automate tasks and update SOP’s.  This, as well as the efficient execution of workflows and related business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that our HRIS technology is optimally utilized and leveraged for maximum benefit by all users
  • Design and implement processes that improve operational efficiency and accuracy of the data
  • Manage security setup and provide user support as needed
  • Provide reporting and analysis support as needed
  • Work with Benefits team to design, implement and maintain efficient data administration processes related to ongoing benefits programs such as health, welfare, and retirement
  • Act as primary contact with all Ultipro Account Managers and Internal USHG Managers

  • Strong computer skills/Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Expert in Ultipro and Cognos (Cognos II and/or Cognos Analytics)
  • Project Management & Timekeeping Experience
  • Ultimate Software Knowledge
  • Restaurant systems knowledge (Time and Attendance systems, POS Systems)
  • 7-10 years of HRIS experience 
  • Hospitality/food/restaurant related experience a plus
