  • Be a high touch component for all guests, hosts and vendors
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of delivery and event SOPs
  • Follow the labor plan created by the Management Team per day
  • Supervise and support the team & communicate regularly with the Management Team
  • Ensure that the dining room, offices, storage areas, and equipment are organized and well maintained at all times
  • Serve as liaison for key departments related to service (Management, Guest Relations, etc.)
  • Enhance guest relationships and drive repeat business
  • Provide accurate and in depth feedback to Blue Smoke Management Team to encourage the continued growth of the business
  • Support the Manager on Duty in their day to day job tasks as required
