Talent Management team is responsible for Administering SumTotal LM Application, Assist in Readiness Experience Release Training roll out and reporting of training metrics. Manage PO and Admin training for customers. Release Notes management, writing, editing and publishing Release Notes. Work with Department heads, Eng Team, Product Management Team and POCs to roll out Readiness Experience Training, Track and Report on the completions. Work with managers in onboarding new hires based on their roles. Onboarding new hires on SumTotal Products, roll out and assign Process, Mandatory and system& tools training. Upload courses, assign and report training progress to managers using TotalDev LM application. This position works closely with all Talent Management team members in Hyderabad and in US and also with Engineering and all customer facing teams in all SumTotal offices.
Duties & Responsibilities
Manage Educational Readiness Process.
Manage Customer Learning Portal, Assist PMO and other teams on product training assignment, reporting and troubleshooting.
Create Release Notes and Publish in the community portal for various product releases.
Upload, set up and assign training courses to employees and new hires.
Track and report training progress and completions to stakeholders.
Collate Training Evaluation Feedback.
Update PO and Admin training plan, replace and maintain the training curricula’s.
Administer TotalDev LMS portal, Customer LMS portal, manager users, activities and reports.
Collaborate with Talent Management team globally on training management tasks.
Manage New Hire Employee Onboarding tasks – Welcome email, training assignment, scheduling and coordinating induction programs.
Schedule and conduct live sessions for employees hired globally.
Interact with Talent Management Team, HR, Department Leads and Managers.
Flexible to work in EMEA work shift timings (1.30 pm – 9.30 pm IST hours) for few days a week.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
Candidates with the following attributes will be afforded additional consideration.
Graduate with one to 3-4 years of experience as Training Associate / Training coordinator in a mid-sized organization.
Engineering / Science Graduate/ MBA-HR with Training management experience preferred.
Flawless English writing skills.
Communication Skills – Excellent verbal, Writing and listening skills.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite required – Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of HTML tags preferred.
Familiarity working with American companies or working with the Western culture.
