Responsible for the definition and maintenance of the standards and guidelines and process.
Support the successful delivery of programs/ projects undertaken by Content team through effective facilitation, tracking and reporting.
Responsibilities/Duties
Leadership
Lead the projects rather than manage the projects
Planning, Scheduling and Monitoring/Tracking
IT Library content
Graphics and Post production to release
Third party content
Accountability and ownership for tracking and status reporting of IT content, ensure content gets released as per plan.
Ensure data/information integrity for all IT Trackers including graphics slide deck tracker.
Tracking and monitoring content at defined production stages for scheduling purposes & and status reporting.
Completing tasks to schedule and real time maintenance and updates of production status/tracker.
Assign content to HYD team and or CDP as required.
Respond and resolve CDP issues with a sense of urgency.
Track and report progress to meet agreed cycle time goals for various product types. Publish weekly cycle time report.
Providing updates to SFA teams about in production and release plans for week/month.
Attending weekly CDP production calls and writing minutes for same.
Monitoring the progress of the projects/assets and acknowledging team suggestions
Holding meetings to update traceability across work stream boundaries where required.
Resolving, chasing and escalating issues when the artefacts/assets are not kept up to date or dates are at risk. Proactively report and solve/escalate issues that arise from time to time.

Effectively convey vision, ideas, goals, and issues—as well as produce data driven reports and presentations
Manage communications between Managers and project sponsors and empowering the teams to engage in meaningful and efficient debate of priorities and resource availability.
Contributes to the flow of communication within the team, by actively participating in team meetings and or troubleshoot between CDP/development team on queries as required.
Motivate the team members to action.
Coordinating with multiple team members locally and virtually; frequently for updates regarding the work in progress
Process
Recognize problems or situations that are new or without clear precedent. Evaluate alternatives and find solutions using a systematic, multi-step approach.
Consult with Director production and relevant stakeholders on development tools, production and process issues
Suggesting and implementing improvements to procedures where appropriate.
Risk and Issues management
Recognize that risk and issues directly impact the likelihood of success and that risk and issues must be both formally and informally measured, reported proactively throughout the lifetime of the production.

Compliance with company policies and procedures
May be required to work on once-off projects/initiatives or ongoing project work as required or other duties, responsibilities, and special projects as assigned from time to time
Prerequisites
Core Skills
Must have
4-5 years Project Analyst or Coordinator experience and knowledge of projectmanagement
Proven experience in providing service to internal stakeholders to achieve successfulproject outcomes
Understanding of project delivery and acceptance processes within a fast-paced business environment
Experienced user of MS Project and MS Office toolset (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Nice to have
Excellent communication (excellent written and verbal skills), influencing and presentation skills, with excellent attention to detail.
Demonstrated capability for problem solving, decision making, sound judgment, assertiveness
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree is essential
MBA or Masters would be an advantage.
Project Management qualification will be an advantage
