Job Title: Principal Business process Analyst - HYD
Job Description: The position will need to
- Plan, perform and implement process improvement initiatives
- Diagram and evaluate existing processes.
- Organize, lead and facilitate cross-functional project teams in order to bring in the culture of continuous service improvement and execute on it .
- Develop metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities.
- Collect data to identify root cause of problems.
- Measure performance against process requirements.
- Align improvement to process performance shortfalls.
- Provide consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and cloud operation quality.
- Deliver presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, improvement and control.
- Survey and analyze best practices for techniques and processes.
- Perform cost and benefit analyses.
- Experience in working on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
- Experienced in exercising judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
- Experienced in determining methods and procedures on new assignments and may provide guidance to other personnel.
- Between 6-8 years of related experience.
