Manhatta is looking for enthusiastic and experienced cocktail servers with a passion for hospitality who want to join our fun & ambitious team!
 
The cocktail server is responsible for all elements of the guest experience in the bar and cocktail lounge. This position actively embodies, inspires, & elevates USHG’s Family Values of Hospitality, Excellence, Entrepreneurial Spirit and Integrity. We are seeking individuals who have great communication skills, strong work ethic, passion for hospitality, commitment to excellence, who understand the importance of teamwork. Ability to multi-task and demonstrate athleticism is a must!

  • 1-2 years full-service restaurant experience in a front of house position
  • Strong communication skills to build trusting relationships with peers and guests
  • The ability to stay positive and calm under pressure
  • A strong work ethic and a hunger to learn and grow
  • A basic understanding of classic cookery, wine, beer, and cocktails
  • Previous experience with restaurant point-of-sale (POS) systems
