The Receiver is responsible for the daily receiving operations which includes the receiving of all deliveries, quality control and commissary storage organization within the guidelines of DOH and HACCP standards set for receiving and food storage.

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for receiving, accepting or rejecting, and stocking of all food and beverage deliveries
- Responsible for maintaining all storage spaces in an orderly and organized fashion
- Stocks the bar and catering storage spaces according to FIFO
- Accountable for the overall quality of all food items delivered to the kitchen
- Receives products accurately, taking temperature and weighing (as necessary) upon receipt of product

- Basic Computer Skills (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, CaterXpert preferred)
- 1+ years of experience in receiving (preferred)
- Working knowledge of food ingredients
- NYC Food Handlers certificate
- English
- Spanish (Preferred)
