Make an impact as a Host at the Cafes at MoMA!

We will be reopening our spaces in the Fall and are looking for a Host to join our team for a strong opening! 

Founded by CEO Danny Meyer with the opening of Union Square Cafe in 1985, Union Square Hospitality Group has created some of New York’s most beloved restaurants, cafes, and bars such as Gramercy Tavern, Maialino, The Modern, Manhatta and Porchlight to name a few!

  • Ensure excellent direction in the standards and practices of Service at The Cafes at MoMA 
  • Act as an agent in order to provide the best possible service to each and every guest
  • Professionally connect and communicate with guests as you assist them to their table

  • Demonstrate ability to manage waitlist and following guidelines
  • Must be able to stand, reach with arms and hands, bend and stoop, kneel and crouch more than 50% of the time
  • Lifting requirements range from being able to lift between 10 and 50 lbs more than 50% of the time
