The Private Dining Coordinator will provide support for the event sales team with all aspects of the event cycle, from sale to follow-up. This candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and possess the ability to maintain a high-level of professionalism and accuracy at all times.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage Sales Cycle
  • Administer event deposits, create final event bill and maintain sales records
  • Gather database management
  • Provide general administrative and organizational assistance
  • Assist with the development of marketing materials and client relations

  • Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google Chrome
  • Restaurant experience a plus
  • Should be very hospitality driven with a great phone demeanor even under pressure
  • Acute attention to detail & ability to multi-task 
  • Must have excellent time management, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent verbal & written communication
  • Knowledge/experience in office administration
  • Basic Accounting experience a plus
