Key Responsibilities

  • Support Sales team in external communications relating to the sale and production of events on a daily basis in accordance with standards of USHG Enlightened Hospitality
  • Log and create event proposals in Envision on behalf of Event Sales Managers/Director and manage event developments as needed
  • Collaborate with Sales team to execute internal communications relating to the sale and production of events
  • Coordinate scheduling of meetings, tastings and walk-throughs
  • Maintain order and organization for sales team office, including digital and paper files, vendor materials
  • Ensure rigorous knowledge of and adherence to all applicable laws, policies and procedures
  • Assist with expense reports and other administrative tasks

  • At least 1+ year of experience in off-premises or hotel catering, restaurant private dining, or event production
  • Strong Computer Skills (Microsoft Office and Envision preferred)
  • Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
  • Mastery in delegating multiple tasks
  • Communication and leadership skills
  • Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
  • Catering Software knowledge a plus
