Key Responsibilities

  • Passion for creating memorable moments of hospitality for our guests
  • Understand the proper steps of service, and consistently executes them with efficiency and grace in a high-volume setting
  • Identify all food menu items and non-alcoholic menu items
  • Excels in a team environment and is viewed as a team player
  • Responsible for all information shared at line-up, including food, beverage, service changes, and all daily specials
  • Adheres to the dress code, appearance, and grooming standards specified in the service man
  • Follows all standards, procedures and policies established by the restaurant and USHG
  • Prioritizes tasks focusing on guest needs first
  • Maintains open communication with management
  • Maintain mental athleticism for coordination with table pacing, and section maintenance in conjunction with support personnel
  • Strong communication and listening skills to effectively deliver accurate messaging to both guests and teammates
  • Previous experience with restaurant point-of-sale (POS) systems
