    Key Responsibilities:(more details here)

    • Act as the reservations liaison between the guest and Maître d’ during service
    • Ability to use the phone systems with timeliness and accuracy. Must be able to answer calls efficiently
    • Recognizes and acts on opportunities to train, coach & celebrate teammates at all levels
