Job Description
   

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated
Facility & Operations Manager
to lead our Operations Department and be the head liaison between Art Food and MoMA.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead and direct Art Food Operations department and manage Stewarding and Purchasing Managers to excel in their areas of responsibility.
  • Work with Art Food GMs and Chefs to deliver excellent results and maximize profitability, plan for and purchase capital equipment and fixtures as well as expenses managed by Purchasing and Stewarding departments.
  • Advise and assist with purchasing, receiving, inventory and requisition procedures and daily cleaning/maintenance procedures.
  • Communicate with MoMA Operations staff for in house maintenance issues and communicate with contracted service and repair companies for equipment repairs.
  • Coordinate all large repair, maintenance and renovation projects with outside contractors. Liaise between all MoMA building operations and security and safety teams and Art Food.
