Union Square Events is seeking a

General Manager

to be a part of the team at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas!


The General Manager leads all venue operations for licensed and proprietary USHG brands at our various sports venues.  This position serves as company ambassador and representative for all external Food and Venue operators.  This position works with the Director of Sports to liaise between sports venue operations and USHG businesses (specifically Shake Shack ).  All Supervisors at the venue report directly to this position, and maintaining consistent and clear communication between them is critical.  The General Manager is tasked with the responsibility of building a culture of Enlightened Hospitality, while ensuring that each venue remains profitable and delivers on excellent product and service.

  • Minimum 4 years Operations Management experience
  • Strong understanding of concession-style food, service & beverage programs
  • Understanding of various sports
  • Excellent knowledge of facilities operations
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent leadership, organization and management skills
  • Excellent understanding of sport and entertainment and comissary financial knowledge
  • Proficiency in multiple POS platforms (Alohoa, Micros, Positouch, Revel, etc.)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs
  • Familiarity with Inventory Management Systems (IMS)



  • Bachelor's Degree
  • TIPS Certification Preferred
  • Food Handler's Certificate
