We are looking for experienced Servers team members to join our team! 

Founded by CEO Danny Meyer with the opening of Union Square Cafe in 1985, Union Square Hospitality Group has created some of New York’s most beloved restaurants, cafes, and bars such as Gramercy Tavern, Maialino, The Modern, Manhatta and Porchlight to name a few!

  • Act as an agent to provide the best possible service to each and every guest
  • Maintain an understanding of the proper steps of service and consistently execute them with efficiency and grace
  • Practice and refine the use of Enlightened Salesmanship when interacting with guests

  • Stay up to date on menu changes for all menus
  • Anticipate guest needs and create strong guest relationships.
  • Demonstrate command of all food and beverage menu items
  • Maintain knowledge of changing menu items as well as wine and beverage selections
  • Actively mobilize support team to fulfill all steps of service while focusing on guest needs
  • Must be able to stand, reach with arms and hands, bend and stoop, kneel and crouch more than 50% of the time
  • Lifting requirements range from being able to lift between 10 and 50 lbs more than 50% of the time
