This is a part-time role, roughly 20-25 hours per week, with a flexible schedule

Opportunity Highlights:

  • Office Management
  • Maintain office space organization and configuration
  • Manage inventory of office supplies, kitchen and related stocks, as well as assist with inventory of company tools/products
  • Provide general support to visitors and vendors, including greeting candidates
  • Manage FOB key system
  • Participate in planning of company events
  • Handling incoming/outgoing mail and shipments (USPS, UPS, FedEx)
  • Coordinate office services with building management and 3rd party vendors (janitors, plumbers, HVAC contractors)
  • Human Resources Administrative Support
  • Ensure a productive and welcoming work space and office setup for new hires
  • Other duties as assigned, commensurate with the level and scope of the position

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Service oriented, dependable, detailed, comfortable with prioritizing multiple simultaneous tasks
  • Strong problem-solving skills, entrepreneurial spirit, and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams
  • Proficient with office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office, email, etc.
  • Experience with Facilities and Human Resources related activities preferred
  • Previous experience with a fast-growing technology company a strong plus
