Overview:

Skillsoft is currently seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator. The successful candidate will work closely with other development team members, QA engineers, as well as members of other Skillsoft departments to design, develop, maintain, and deploy Salesforce.com features, enhancements, and applications in support of various internal business departments including Sales, Marketing, and Support. The candidate must have strong communication and organizational skills to work with business users and managers to determine requirements and apply business process and knowledge to enhancement requests.

Opportunity Highlights:

  • Perform the general administrative requirements of a Salesforce instance, including user configuration, workflows, validation rules
  • Develop and maintain validation rules and custom workflows.
  • Manage ongoing support requests and administrative needs of users.
  • Configure and maintain security policies through sharing rules and profiles. 
  • Design and manage Wave and Einstein analytics dashboards.
  • Participate in the integration process with other enterprise system.
  • Recommend best practices.
  • Meet regularly with business stakeholders to refine requirements.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other third-party solutions.
  • Develop and maintain custom reports.
  • Determine and document business user requirements.
  • Work with a change management (release) process to develop and implement new applications and updates to existing applications.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ Years’ experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Experience in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
  • Flexibility to meet continuously changing priorities and challenges.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to drive projects/issues to completion.
  • Proficient in data manipulation (Excel).
  • Apex programming language, VisualForce development, report writing software a plus.
  • Salesforce.com certification a plus.
  • Strong overall technical background.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
