Job Description

At IMC Construction, our interns are future leaders who gain hands-on exposure to the construction process both in the office and on active jobsites. This role provides an opportunity for current architecture, engineering, and construction management students to learn from experienced professionals, contribute to live projects, and develop a broad understanding of construction management.

We’re looking for motivated students who are eager to learn, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to be challenged in an exciting, fast-growing industry. IMC has been voted a Top Place to Work for 13 years in a row by our own employees, and we’re committed to developing the future leaders of our company.

With office locations in Malvern, PA, Philadelphia, PA, Newark, DE, Bethesda, MD, and Woodbridge, NJ, interns have the opportunity to experience both office operations and active jobsite environments. Along the way, you’ll also have opportunities to participate in group volunteer days, Intern outings, a summer carnival, jobsite tours, Friday lunches, and more.
