This role, located in our Center City Philadelphia office, offers flexibility and a hybrid environment, including 3 days each week on-site and 2 days remote.  This position is full time, 35 hours per week.

We currently have an opportunity within our Work Ready program as a Clinical Services Supervisor.  The Work Ready program provides a comprehensive set of employment-oriented services to those receiving Public Assistance benefits, including those who are in need of specific help managing barriers to self-sufficiency. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a working knowledge of TANF and the PA Department of Public Welfare regulations. Ensure effective, accurate and coordinated communications with County Assistance Office personnel and liaison.
  • Provide weekly supervision to all assigned staff. Utilize sound management and leadership skills. Prepare evaluations timely.
  • Develop efficiency and capacity of staff through comprehensive training plans. Ensure delivery of quality training to staff. Provide constant feedback on performance.
  • Manage and advise Case Coordinator on client issues. Assist staff in the development of the client Service Plans.
  • Become familiar with all TANF/DPW regulations affecting Work Ready participants.
  • Participate in case conferences with external vendors such as: IMX, OVR, MH, CBH and other community services agencies. Coordinate services with external partners as needed.
  • Other duties as required.
Skills & Requirements

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree and 5 years experience in a related position.
  • 3 years supervisory experience.
  • Must have proven clinical experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with hard to serve populations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (especially MS Word and Excel).Willingness to learn JEVS specific database.

The base pay for this position ranges from $52,000 to $62,000 and will vary based on factors such as skills and experience.  Base pay is one part of the Total Compensation that JEVS Human Services provides to recognize employees for their work.
