JEVS Human Services currently has an exciting opportunity as a Program Assistant for our The Choice is Yours program. The Choice is Yours (TCY) is an innovative program for first-time, nonviolent felony drug offenders facing one to two year prison sentences. Upon successful completion, the program offers graduates the opportunity to have their criminal records expunged, removing the stigma of a criminal record.

Job Duties:
- Collaborate with TCY Employment Advisor when collecting the TCY participant’s community service time sheets
- Enter TCY participants weekly activity hours into ETO database
- Maintain accurate participant information in ETO database
- Assist in the preparation for all TCY court listings
- Other related duties as assigned
- Clerical and/or administrative experience,
- High School diploma required, Associates degree or college credit in psychology, education, social work, vocational or other allied and appropriate fields preferred.
- Must have good interpersonal communication skills, including verbal and written skills.
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve and collaborate with a variety of customers.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (especially MS Word and Excel). Willingness to learn JEVS specific database.

The base pay for this position ranges from $17.30 - $21.98/hourly. Base pay is one part of the Total Compensation that JEVS Human Services provides to recognize employees for their work.
