The Payroll/Accounting Generalist supports payroll and accounting operations through processing, compliance, reporting, and administrative functions. This hybrid role requires three days onsite per week and regular interaction with employees, clients, and external agencies to ensure accurate and timely payroll.
This role is hybrid, at least 3 days onsite required weekly.

Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Minimum 2 years of related experience in payroll, accounting, or finance, with familiarity in general ledger systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve payroll discrepancies.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong commitment to confidentiality and data integrity.

The base pay for this position ranges from $48,000 to $53,500 and will vary based on factors such as skills and experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Compensation that JEVS Human Services provides to recognize employees for their work.
