Red Robin Kelowna is hiring Servers to join our front-of-house team.

If you enjoy meeting people, staying active, and creating great guest experiences, this could be a great fit.

Previous serving experience is welcome, but it is not required. If you have strong people skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn, we’ll provide the training to help you become a confident Server.

What You’ll Do

As a Server, you’ll take care of guests throughout their visit and help create the friendly, welcoming experience Red Robin is known for.

You’ll:

• Welcome guests and create a positive experience from start to finish
• Take accurate food and beverage orders
• Learn the menu and help guests with recommendations
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and accurately
• Check in with guests and anticipate what they may need
• Process payments accurately
• Keep your tables and section clean and organized
• Work closely with Hosts, Bartenders, Expeditors, and our kitchen team
• Follow responsible alcohol-service and food-safety procedures
• Help create an experience that keeps guests coming back

• Are friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking with guests
• Enjoy working with people and being part of a team
• Can stay organized while handling multiple tables and priorities
• Are dependable and show up ready to work
• Maintain a positive attitude during busy shifts
• Are willing to learn our menu and service standards
• Take pride in providing great hospitality
• Are available for a combination of day, evening, and/or weekend shifts

Previous serving experience is an asset, but not required.

Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, hosting, bartending, or another guest-facing role can also be a great fit.

Serving It Right certification is required for liquor service in British Columbia.

New to Serving?

You don’t need years of restaurant experience to succeed here.

If you’re friendly, dependable, comfortable working with people, and eager to learn, we’ll teach you our menu, service standards, POS system, and the skills you need to become a successful Server.
