We close at 12:30pm every Friday from Memorial Day through Labor Day — giving our team more time to relax, recharge, and enjoy the summer sunshine! 

Northeast Family Services is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts!  

Fee For Service positions available offering a true FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE!  

What You’ll Do:  

  • Collaborate with caregivers, team members, and stakeholder to provide high-quality care to clients 

  • Develop innovative and compassionate treatment plans to meet client treatment goals 

  • Make a measurable and socially valid difference in the lives of the families you work with!

Who You Are
  • Have a master's degree or PhD, with completion of BACB-approved behavior analytic coursework 

  • Hold current BCBA certification, and in good standing with the BACB 

  • Hold current LBA preferred 

  • Have a minimum of two years of related clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults with Autism, Developmental Disabilities, and/or behavior challenges. 

  • Have a valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle 

  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills 

  • Experience in applied settings, developing and implementing behavioral interventions preferred 

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills 

  • A compassionate approach to care 

  • Experience administering functional behavior assessments and behavior skills assessments 

  • Proficient with word processing and graphing software 

  • Current with best practices and developments within the field of ABA

Compensation: 
  • Position Types: Fee-For Service (Part-time hours)

  • Pay: $60.00 starting hourly rate for Fee-For Service
