ABOUT YOU:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Account Manager to oversee and drive digital marketing campaigns for our clients. This role involves managing client relationships, strategizing, and executing digital marketing initiatives to ensure that objectives are met within budget and timelines. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, account management, and analytics to create value-driven strategies that align with our clients' goals. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Own client relationships and retention, serving as the primary point of contact and day-to-day strategic advisor to ensure strong account health and satisfaction.
  • Lead recurring client check-ins and QBRs, tying performance back to business goals, aligning on priorities, and documenting clear next steps.
  • Translate client objectives into integrated channel plans, coordinating PPC, SEO, social, content, and email strategies around desired outcomes and success metrics.
  • Project-manage cross-functional delivery with internal channel specialists (paid media, creative, content, analytics), clarifying scope, timelines, owners, and dependencies to keep work moving.
  • Oversee campaign performance and optimization through internal partners, ensuring KPI progress and business impact without being the hands-on executor in each channel.
  • Deliver insight-led reporting and recommendations, communicating results, trade-offs, and priorities clearly while setting expectations with confidence.
  • Manage budgets, pacing, and forecasting, partnering with specialists to optimize spend allocation and maximize ROI.
  • Proactively identify risks, gaps, and client concerns, driving resolution through internal coordination and keeping stakeholders aligned.
Skills & Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on account management.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and other digital marketing platforms. 

SKILLS:

  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience with CRM systems.

Compensation Range: $50,000 - $60,000
