ABOUT YOU:
Tribute Technology is looking for an Account Executive (AE) to join our sales team. AEs are responsible for prospecting new business, upselling and cross-selling within our territory base. The AE is a solutions/consultative sales role where you will be solving your customer's business challenges by offering relevant and compelling website software and software as a service (SaaS).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Selling experience in acquiring net new accounts and growing existing ones.
- Strong track record of meeting sales objectives such as quota and productivity requirements.
- Maintain relationships and keep them abreast of new products and services.
- Regularly maintain prospects database in Salesforce.
- Complete and ensure accuracy of all documentation pertaining to prospecting, sales concluded and contract negotiations.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly forecast reports.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience in a B2B environment.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to handle a high volume of calls and Zoom meetings.
- Time Management Skills: Excellent time management skills, with a strong sense of urgency to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Sales Skills: Ability to effectively engage with all levels within organizations, including executive levels, using appropriate selling techniques.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build internal business relationships and leverage resources when needed.
- Problem-Solving: Proven analytical skills and resourcefulness to effectively resolve customer-related issues.

The compensation range for this role is $110,000 - $130,000 OTE (base + variable).
