ABOUT YOU:

The Accounting Manager will lead the day-to-day accounting operations for an ecommerce organization and ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting. The position manages and owns key elements of the monthly close, and partners with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and FP&A on  internal controls, budgeting, and business performance. This is a hands-on role that combines technical accounting expertise with process improvement and team development. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO: 

  • Lead and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities for the Legacy Touch business.
  • Manage the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, including preparation and approval of journal entries. 
  • Review account reconciliations and support staff in resolving discrepancies.
  • Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements; collaborate with business unit leaders to address inquiries and provide insights.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and data accuracy. 
  • Support external audits, tax engagements, and system implementations as needed. 
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and accounting policies. 
  • Partner with FP&A to analyze budget and forecast variances.
  • Provide training, mentorship, and leadership to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
Skills & Requirements

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 
  • At least five years of progressively responsible accounting experience.
  • At least two years of supervisory, team-lead, or substantive review experience. 
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, month-end close, account reconciliations, accruals, financial reporting, and internal controls. 
  • Ability to provide additional support to the broader Finance team during monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closes, audits, and major systems improvements. 
  • Experience with ERP and financial-reporting systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. 
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex information, resolve discrepancies, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with financial and nonfinancial stakeholders. 
  • High degree of accuracy, professional judgment, confidentiality, integrity, and attention to detail.

The base pay range for this position is between $90,000.00 to $120,000.00 annually. Compensation will depend on multiple individualized factors, including, but not limited to, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This range represents a good-faith estimate of compensation at the time of posting. Tribute Technology offers a generous benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and paid time off.
