Pay Range: $35 - $37 per hour
Schedule: Full-time; Monday - Friday. Hybrid schedule with three days working in office and two days working remotely.

Job Responsibilities
Desired Skills and Experience
- 3+ years of experience in multifamily housing or property management.
- Working knowledge of Washington and Oregon landlord-tenant laws and regulations.
- Strong understanding of multifamily property management operations, including Accounts Payable, month-end financials, variance notes, preliminary financials, resident notices, and resident account processes.
- Intermediate to advanced experience with Yardi/CRM, On-Site, and Tenant Tech.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Accounts Payable experience, including reviewing, coding, entering, and processing invoices.
- Experience reviewing property financial reports and identifying discrepancies or variances.
- Experience preparing or reviewing resident notices and other compliance-related documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong communication and accountability.

- Ability to interpret and understand tenant file information and complex documents such as regulatory agreements and program regulations.

Physical Requirements
- Stand, walk or sit alternatively depending on the specific needs of the day.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Occasional need to perform the following physical activities:
- Bend/Stoop/Squat
- Climb stairs
- Push/Pull
- Reach above shoulder
- Lifting occasionally up to 25 lbs.
- Must be able to commute to the designated office location on scheduled in-office days.

Background Check & Drug Screen Policy
- Thrive Communities conducts background checks and drug screens for onsite property associates after the conditional offer of employment is accepted, in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
