POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Corporate Partnerships Activation Part-Time Game Day Staff Member will support the Partnerships Activation Team in the planning and execution of on-site partner activations during New Jersey Devils home games, select Prudential Center events, and other ancillary partner events. This role will help ensure partner activations are executed seamlessly and professionally while providing an engaging experience for partners, fans, and guests. The Game Day Staff Member will work closely with the Partnerships Activation Team and other internal and external stakeholders to assist with event setup, activation execution, guest engagement, and post-event breakdown, while representing the New Jersey Devils and Prudential Center in a professional manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE BELOW:
• Support the setup and breakdown of partner concourse activations and serve as an on-site point of contact throughout game day.
• Assist with pre-game event and hospitality setups, guest check-ins, and guest escorts.
• Distribute and manage partner giveaways and merchandise, and assist with department inventory management.
• Support Fan Zam and Zamboni rider activations, including coordination and guest assistance.
• Prepare general gifting and materials for special guests, partners, and other VIPs.
• Review game scripts and the Corporate Partnerships Activation Calendar to ensure awareness of upcoming activations and game-day requirements.
• Coordinate with Game Presentation on partner scripts, setups, props, featured elements, and promotional prizes.
• Capture in-game photos of partner activations and other relevant partnership moments.
• Conduct concourse walk-throughs to monitor activations, identify needs, and ensure partner assets and experiences are executed as planned.
• Assist with administrative and inventory management tasks, including:
o LED and IPTV reporting
o Partner photo organization and asset management
o Inputting and reviewing the Corporate Partnerships Activation Calendar
o Mailing and shipping materials
• Provide general game-night and event support to the Corporate Partnerships Activation Team as needed.
• Represent the New Jersey Devils and Prudential Center in a professional and positive manner when interacting with partners, guests, fans, and internal teams.
• Miscellaneous game night assistance to the partnerships activation team

WORKING CONDITIONS:
• Travel Requirements: May be required to travel on rare occasions (<5% travel); trips may require air travel and/or overnight stay for one or more nights.
• Work Environment: This position generally requires that work be performed from the Prudential Center/New Jersey Devils offices and attendance at events taking place in the arena or offsite, including on weekends and/or holidays, may be required.
• Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
The pay for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be $22/hour. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
