Job Description

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist with store training on Mastercraft doors
• Grow the Mastercraft markets
• Meet and land new contractors in Menards
• Represent Midwest Manufacturing at grand openings, preview nights, and home shows

Skills & Requirements

Position Requirements:

Degree in any of the following OR experience in the following fields:

• Business Administration/Management
• Operations Management
• Marketing
• Construction
• Door sales
• CAD 

Exceptional guest service skills

Attention to detail

Strong project management skills

Good computer skills

Able to manage multiple concurrent activities
