Position Summary: We are seeking a Building & Groundskeeper to support facility operations through general maintenance, repairs, installations, and outdoor upkeep. This hands-on role ensures buildings and grounds remain safe, functional, and well maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Perform minor electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, and general maintenance repairs

·         Repair and replace doors, windows, fencing, roofing, and small concrete sections

·         Install and maintain office cubicles, furniture, and limited wiring

·         Diagnose maintenance issues and recommend repair solutions

·         Handle snow removal, lawn and weed maintenance, and outdoor lighting repairs

·         Maintain roadways, drainage ditches, outdoor pads, and signage

·         Complete exterior painting, cleaning, organizing, and scrap recycling transport

·         Assist with general maintenance tasks and fire watches as needed

·         Operate equipment such as loaders, skid steers, or vacuum trucks (preferred)

Qualifications:

·         Knowledge of carpentry, minor electrical and plumbing, and general maintenance

·         Ability to use hand tools safely and effectively

·         Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

·         Ability to lift 50 – 70 lbs and work in indoor/outdoor environments

·         Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods

·         Ability to organize tasks and manage multiple priorities
