Join Our Growing Team in Polk City!

Currently seeking full-time housekeeping & laundry tech for day shift at our Central Iowa facilities. This position provides a full range of services to ensure a clean and safe environment for our persons served to heal and rehabilitate in.

Position Highlights:

  • Schedule: Full-Time, rotating weekends and rotating holidays required
  • Hours: Flexible start/end times (Start: 6:30a-8a; End: 3:00p-4:30p)
  • Location(s): Polk City, Iowa

Responsibilities of the Housekeeping & Laundry Tech position:

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment by cleaning and disinfecting common areas, activity spaces, offices, and restrooms.
  • Perform routine tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and restocking supplies.
  • Handle laundry duties, including collecting, washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens and clothing.
  • Follow all safety, infection control, and cleanliness protocols.
  • Collaborate with team members, assist at other locations as needed, and participation in rotating weekend and rotating holiday schedules.
  • Support the organization's mission by contributing to a healing and supportive environment for individuals.

Skills & Requirements

Job Requirements of the Housekeeping & Laundry Tech Position:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be available for rotating weekends & rotating holiday shifts
