Job Description

POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Partnership Activation Coordinator role will provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the Partnership Activation team, helping ensure the department operates efficiently and delivers best-in-class partnership programs and experiences.


RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED, TO THE BELOW:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Partnership Activation department
  • Support team members with partner events, game days, on-site and off-site, including planning, execution, documentation, and follow-up
  • Ownership of game day radio broadcast logs, LED grid, and broadcast marketing drop scheduling
  • Game day hospitality ticket management and hosting
  • Collaborate with teammates to streamline processes such as proof of performance collection, reports, partner logos, and recap information
  • Manage and track inventory for department’s autographed, promotional items and gifting
  • Help manage team calendars, meeting schedules, agendas, recaps, and follow-up items as needed
  • Design and create mid-season and/or year-end partnership recaps
  • Maintain organized department files, folders, templates, contact lists, and other shared resources
  • Assist with internal meeting preparation, including gathering materials, creating agendas, taking notes, and tracking action items
  • Coordinate department-wide needs including shipping, gifting, tickets, parking, and other logistical requests
  • Assist with special projects and other department needs as assigned


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-1+ years of relevant work experience; sports/event marketing and/or agency experience preferred
  • Customer service and relationship building oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be able to interact and manage staff and business associates in order to implement events, promotions and other related activities
  • Ability to problem solve; solutions-oriented mentality
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and competing deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and identify next steps
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and discretion when handling confidential partner or business information

 

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Travel Requirements: May be required to travel occasionally, including between HBSE’s various offices; trips may require air travel and/or overnight stay.
  • Work Environment: This position generally requires that work primarily be performed from the 76ers’ office in Camden, NJ, and requires attendance at all home games as well as special events taking place at the Xfinity Mobile Arena in Philadelphia, PA.
  • Physical Requirements: This position requires the ability to move items up to 25 lbs; stand and move throughout the Xfinity Mobile Arena (the concourse and/or sections); and interact with partners and fans.

 

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
The pay for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $46,000 and $48,000/year. This position will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

The total compensation package for this position will also include eligibility for a team bonus pool.

This position will be an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
