Training:
Our managers complete a 6-week training program. You will participate in a hands-on rotational training program, giving you experience working with our first-class culinary and service professionals. The training is intense, and the education is invaluable!
Job Description:
The Assistant General Manager is responsible for functional leadership of the assigned restaurant’s beverage program while ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction through leading and managing daily restaurant operations. The Assistant General Manager provides direct operational support to the General Manager while retaining full accountability for beverage program performance against targets. The Assistant General Manager ensures continuous improvement in guest satisfaction, employee engagement and restaurant financial performance.
