We are seeking an outgoing professional that has a passion for the beauty industry and a desire to grow with a successful organization as a New Artist at Paris Parker- Hammond, LA!
Responsibilities:
- Attend all required training classes prescribed by Hair Service Manager.
- Provide all chemical and design services for clientele (ex. consults with client, cuts, styles, highlights, perms, etc).
- May do makeup touch ups, hand facials, or assist senior staff members when not booked.
- Promotes retail sales to the clientele.
- Provide excellent customer service by educating guests on products, performing product demonstrations on customers, and ensuring guests have a smooth transition from the beginning of an appointment until they check out.
- Help manage appointment books and scheduling.
- Serve as a resource for general product knowledge to all customers and staff members.
- Help maintain clean sales and stock areas and assist in inventory as required monthly.
Requirements:
- 2+ years high volume retail sales experience
- Outgoing and high energy
