Job Title: Warehouse Associate | Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor | Location: Homestead, FL 33030 

 

Position Summary 

The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations by receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing materials to ensure uninterrupted business operations.  

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and store inbound shipments. 

  • Pick, stage, and distribute materials for internal departments and retail locations. 

  • Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and Kanban replenishment.  

  • Assist with data entry in Business Central, excel, order.co, etc.  

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies. 

  • Organize warehouse locations and maintain a clean, safe work environment. 

  • Prepare outbound shipments and transfer materials between locations. 

  • Assist with packaging inventory and operational supply replenishment. 

  • Follow warehouse SOPs and safety procedures. 

  • Support warehouse improvement initiatives and maintain accurate documentation. 

  • Drive company vehicle(s) between local warehouses to reallocate materials.  

  • May work with forklift and/or pallet jack to receive or distribute materials.  

  • Can lift up to 50lbs or more and can meet the physical requirements of the job.  

  • Other duties as assigned by management.  

 

Qualifications 

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.  

  • Must be able to pass a level 2 FBI background screening.  

  • Must be 21 years or older to apply.  

  • Clean driving record. An MVR may be processed upon hire or throughout employment.  

  • 1+ years of warehouse, inventory, shipping, or receiving experience preferred.  

  • Experience using inventory or ERP systems is a plus.  

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.  

  • Ability to lift and move materials safely.  

  • Basic computer and communication skills are a must.  

  • Forklift or pallet jack experience preferred.  

 

Starting wage: $18.00 per hour. The Flowery offers benefits, paid time off accruals and paid holidays to all full-time employees.  

Due to the nature of this position, the company will request a photo of your driver's license and run a Motor Vehicle Report. DUIs, suspensions, moving violations or at-fault accidents may deem you ineligible for this position.
