Ambulatory Surgery Center Director

Charleston ENT & Allergy is always seeking enthusiastic, caring, and talented individuals to join our dynamic and growing team.

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) Director in the Hilton Head/Bluffton, South Carolina Metropolitan Area. The ASC Director will oversee the daily operations of the surgery center, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, manage staff, and maintain a superior level of patient care. Responsibilities include budget management, implementing operational policies, collaborating with healthcare providers, and maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.

 

Qualifications

·         Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide diverse teams.

·         In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulatory compliance, operational policies, and safety standards specific to ambulatory surgery centers.

·         Financial management expertise, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control strategies.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with physicians, staff, and stakeholders.

·         Proficiency in problem-solving, decision-making, and process improvement methodologies.

·         Prior experience in a healthcare supervisory or management role, preferably in an ambulatory surgery center or similar setting.

·         Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Nursing, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.

·         Certified Administrator Surgery Center (CASC) credential is preferred but not required.
