Job Description

Numerator is a services-enabled tech and data firm that brings together omnichannel marketing, merchandising, and sales data to help brands understand what people buy and why. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Operations Associate to join our team. As a key player in our organization, you will oversee the resource assignment process & collaborate with various teams to ensure data hygiene as it relates to operational & financial reporting is accurate and quality assured. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, acute attention to detail, and a professional, empathetic attitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality assurance of Numerator’s Salesforce data as it relates to operations implementation & operations/financial reporting
  • Take ownership of data integrity and cleanliness across different platforms, ensuring data coherence and consistency to client contracts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams, including Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, Legal, and Customer Support to incorporate best practices in the understanding of our existing client access as it relates to reporting
  • Provide Salesforce expertise and support throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Document and maintain comprehensive records of internal processes and configurations, ensuring the documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant teams.
  • Implement feedback mechanisms and actively seek opportunities to enhance internal platforms and increase customer satisfaction.
Skills & Requirements
  • Ability to work US Central time zone business hours (8:00 AM CT - 4:00 PM CT) (6:30 PM IST - 3:30 AM IST)
  • Exceptional attention to detail, a keen eye for identifying and rectifying errors, ensuring thoroughness in all processes
  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and coordinate multiple responsibilities seamlessly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience working with large data sets is a plus
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative mindset with a proven ability to work effectively in a team
  • Proficient in Excel (or equivalent) and experience in Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ (or relevant CRMs) preferred
  • Experience in Consumer Goods, Retail, or Market Research Industry is a plus
