CellAntenna Corporation , located in Coral Springs, Florida is a  well established 20 yr old family owned business. Our company provides engineering and installation services enhancing cell phone coverage inside buildings, including 4G, 5G and CBRS Private LTE .  We require a n experienced  energetic Manager of Business Development for the Northeast marketplace.

Our company provides engineering and installation services enhancing cell phone coverage inside buildings.  Our customers include the major cellular carriers, hospitals, hotels and government buildings.  Our our staff is diverse and experienced providing us with 20 years of successful growth in the industry.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

  • Direct all sales activities in the region
  • Call on NEW accounts as well as maturing existing ones.  
  • Responsibility tfor the overall success of the sales in Florida
  • Utilize broad discretion to achieve the sales goals, within company standards and policies.
  • Update of the sales pipeline in the CRM system (NetSuite).
  • Coordination with the engineering department to complete proposals.

Skills & Requirements


• Conduct cold calls, prospect and qualify account opportunities. 
• Develop pipeline of new opportunities while closing existing opportunities.
• Manage current customer relationships in the area and work current existing leads provided to you. 
• Create and communicate the value of our solutions with prospects and clients.
• Develop individual account strategies to effectively penetrate accounts.
• Develop thorough understanding of each account's industry and business.
• Understand internal processes and resources to effectively execute the sale.

Education and Experience Required:

The employee will typically have a combination of the following education and experience minimums
- 5-10 years of increasing experience in FIELD sales and carrying a quota
- MUST show some metrics in your previous ability to achieve quota results.
