Job Description

Stealth RF   located in Coral Springs Florida,  has a requirement for a smart and passionate software engineer to join our agile engineering team in the development of  cutting edge products involving mobile signal enhancement and control. We require a  proficient programmer for our embedded software and system requirements.   

This includes Microprocessor programming, and the associated languages including  Microcontroller embedded software engineering.  SDR programming using MATLAB or GNUradio in a Linux environment.   You should have a basic understanding of the protocols involved in Cellular and WiFI communication. You will be interfacing with our hardware engineers in the development of control software of microprocessors with possible GUI support. SDK knowledge for APP programming for Android phones experience . 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, test, and debug software applications for Microprocessor control of IoT sensors and Software Defined Radios.
  • Create API interface for customer connectivity to our hardware systems. 
  • Design programming projects
  • Maintain and follow quality assurance procedures
  • Coordinate programming activities with other departments

  • Strong critical thinking skill set; ability to identify issues and formulate solutions
  • Have a strong work ethic
  • Communicate effectively with customers and Company personnel
  • Be persistent and dependable
  • Be flexible, detail-oriented, and have good time management skills
  • Ability to interface hardware and software , with an understanding of Electrical engineering and PCB design
  • Knowledge of control systems
  • Experience in SQL, MatLab and/or GNUradio 
  • Android and iOS app experience is a plus. 

Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • microcontroller embedded programming in C++
  • Experience with object-oriented design
  • MATLAB and/or OCTAVE 
  • Python
