Menards Store Support is looking for Full-Time Team Members!

As a Menards Store Support Team Member, you will assist Menards Stores and Customers. The Menards Store Support Team Member will work to review video for all the Menards stores. The goal is to ensure our stores are safe and focused on Guest experience. Menards service and productivity is a priority, and the role of a Menards Store Support Team Member is to ensure that does not change!

The Menards Store Support Team Member supports sales by selling products and services, providing pricing information, answering Customer questions, and closing sales (e.g. phone & email).

Menards Store Support operates during regular store business hours and requires evening and weekend shifts. This position is in a fast-paced call center environment.

• Work together to achieve a common goal – provide excellent service.
• Utilize video and viewing applications
• Answer incoming phone calls and emails in a timely, polite manner.
• Answer Customer and Team Member questions on product, pricing, deliveries, scheduling, calling off, etc.
• Run transactions through the website for sales, special orders, etc.
• Ability to quickly learn product knowledge pertaining to the home improvement, remodel, and new construction industries through Menard In Home Training and other information sources.

• Ability to professionally communicate both verbally and written
• Knowledge of basic office equipment such as copier, printer, and computers
• Ability to multi task, stay on task, and be self-motivated to improve performance
• Strong listening skills
• Customer service, retail, or sales experience is preferred
• Evening and every other weekend availability
• Must be available to work on-site in Eau Claire, WI
