Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Employment Coordinator provides a warm and welcoming environment to ensure the needs of everyone visiting the Employment Center are met.  This position must communicate with Team Members and applicants in both English and Spanish.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Translate as needed for Employment Center – applicants and Team Members

·         Translate hiring documents from English to Spanish as needed

·         Maintain an accurate list of job openings in the Eau Claire complex for applications to review

·         Assist with the application process – processing paperwork

·         Make badges for new hires and current Team Members

·         Drive candidates to their interview locations with Company Car.

·         Handle badge activations and deactivations

·         Update Team Member name changes

·         Answer phone calls

·         Data Entry

  • Other duties as assigned by the Corporate HR Manager
Skills & Requirements

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • Must be able to speak, write and read Spanish fluently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have excellent customer service skills
  • Must be flexible, have the ability to adapt to change
  • Must work independently and produce quality work
  • Must be reliable, detail oriented and able to multi-task
  • Above average keyboard and 10-key skills
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Programs– Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Must be able to work from 7AM – 5PM, Monday-Friday
