Now hiring FULL TIME for:        

• Production Operator – (Bagging Line - Aggregates) - 2nd shift (6PM until 6AM)

  $23.05/HR (Shift Premium included) + $3/HR for weekend work

  Schedule: 6PM-6AM, 2-week rotating schedule with every other full weekend off.

Primary Responsibilities:

Production Operator – (Bagging Line – Aggregates) position

• Operate and monitor bagging machines to package aggregate materials (sand, gravel, concrete mix)
• Set up and adjust equipment for proper bag weight & sealing.
• Ensure consistent product flow from conveyors, hoppers, and feeders.
• Inspect filled bags for accuracy, quality, and defects
• Clear jams and perform basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Keep work area clean and organized to support safe operations
• Work with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
• Operate forklifts or other equipment

Physical Demands:

• Continuous standing with infrequent lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Bending, squatting, walking, and twisting.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be eighteen years of age or older
• Work in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment
